The forum fee
entitles the registered delegate to attend all forum sessions and
networking refreshment breaks, including lunch and any cocktail
reception associated with the event. The fee also includes forum
materials, which will be handed out upon registration. |
|
Payment in full must
be made prior to the event taking place. Payments can be made by
American Express, Visa, MasterCard, company checks or by wire transfer.
If registering (30) days or less prior to the event, delegates
MUST pay by credit card. Only fully paid registrations will be confirmed
and must be received at least one week before the conference for
registrants to be included on the official delegate list for the event. |

All cancellations
must be made in writing (by letter, fax or email - proof of receipt will
be required) to the relevant contact at Inbraz for that event. No
refunds will be made for cancellations made within 30 days of an event
and there will be no exceptions to this policy. Any cancellations
received in writing less than fourteen (30) days prior to the date of
the forum will receive a 100% credit to be used at another
Inbraz
event for up to 12
months from the date of issuance. |

Substitutions within
organizations may be arranged as long as Inbraz is notified in writing
in advance of the forum. No external substitutions may be made and under
no circumstances may registrations be shared. |

In the unlikely
event that Inbraz postpones an event, delegate payments already received
will be credited to a future
Inbraz
event, on a date
convenient to the attendee and will not have an expiration date. |
|
If for any reason
beyond our reasonable control (including but not limited to: strikes;
acts, regulations or orders of governmental authorities; civil disorder;
disasters; acts of terrorism; acts of war; acts of God) it is impossible
to run an event, Inbraz reserves the right to retain delegate fees as a
contribution to all venue and administrative costs incurred. |

Inbraz
Conferences is not accountable for booking accommodation and transfers
to and from the conference venue and will not accept liability for any
public or individual transport disruption or deferral. In such
circumstances, our standard cancellation policy applies. |

Please be aware that
all speakers were confirmed at the time of the published agenda,
however, circumstances beyond the control of the organizers may
necessitate substitutions, alterations or cancellations of the speakers
and/or topics. Inbraz Conferences reserves the right to alter or modify
the advertised speakers and/or agenda topics if necessary. Please visit
