This fee entitles you to attend all
elements of the conference, enjoy all food and refreshments provided
by the organizers during the conference, and includes your attendee
materials. It does not include any travel, accommodation or other
costs incurred by attendees. |

All cancellations will be subject to a
$250.00 fee through January 1, 2008. After that date, no refunds
will be made. There will be no exceptions to this policy for any reason. |

Substitutions within a company may be
arranged as long as our staff is notified in writing at least 30 days
prior to the conference. Shared registrations are not permitted under
any circumstances. |
